Tittle       : Senior Java Application Programmer

Location : Ft Collins, CO

Duration : 2 Year Contract

 

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 8+ years OOD
• 6+ years Enterprise App development
• 1+ years as in a technical leadership role on a team
• Excellent understanding of Web Application, software and mobile application programming methodologies and development tools.
• Good organizational, technical writing and communication skills are mandatory
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Experience with SQLServer Database including database design and data analysis
• Proficient in Java (Java 5+), which includes generics and annotations
• Experience with core JEE technologies (Servlet, JSP and JSTL)
• Experience with MVC frameworks such as Spring or Struts nice to have
• Experience with JavaScript and Ajax nice to have
• Experience with data access technologies such as JDBC and/or iBatis
• Experience with IDEs like Eclipse desirable
• Experience with version control systems (Subversion, Perforce, Git, Clear Case, etc)
• Soft skills include:
o Ability to analyze someone else's code and assume ownership
o Discipline to document your own code
o Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities
o Ability to communicate ideas in a variety of formats
