2.      Strong performance engineering skills - profiling, perf. monitoring etc.

3.      Strong JAVA skills (Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate), should be able to

a.      analyze the code

b.      suggest optimal algorithms for best performance

c.       implement the recommendations in the code, run tests, show performance improvements statistically

4.      Strong skills in JAX-RS, JAX-WS & Hibernate

5.      Profiling tools like JProbe, JProfiler, dynaTrace, CA Wily Introscope etc.,

6.      Performance tuning
