Need : RPG / AS 400 Developer.

Work Location: Dallas, TX

Duration : 3+ months

 

Technical Skills:

 

Required:  RPG III/IV/ILE/400/FREE/SQL, CL. 

Preferred:  COBOL 400/ILE, FTP, Secured FTP, and PGP.

 

How many years of directly related job experience are required to be qualified to enter the job?

·         10+ years of programming experience in RPG and CL in an AS/400 environment.

·         Systems integration, AS400 systems and security support, SQL, DB2 database concepts.

·         5+ years of experience in an IT role within Financial Services Industry preferably Mortgage Servicing is preferred.

·         Experience with LSAMS Servicing System is a plus.

·         Experience with the following web development languages is a plus:  PHP, HTML Javascript, AJAX, Zend Framework.

 

List any special certifications, licenses, and/or knowledge requirements for this job?

·         Bachelor's degree

·         Strong understanding of relational database concepts and design;

·         Proficiency in productivity tools required (MS Office, Lotus Notes)

·         Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple assignments

·         Strong project management skills and the ability to self-manage their workload to meet all expected delivery dates

·         Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences 

·         Strong analysis and design skills.

·         Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve under pressure for short durations.
