Job Description: This person will be responsible for helping with the upgrade of Peoplesoft 8.5 to 9.1, working on a small team of 6 people.
The Business Analyst is responsible for preparing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations in compliance with standards, policies and methodologies. Gather and synthesize functional and non-functional business requirements ensuring alignment to business strategy. Execute gap analyses between business requirements and best practices. Develop business cases, process and business test strategy, case, and execution. 6 years of experience in business analysis or process development role. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related.
This person will also be doing research and requirements efforts for system enhancements as well as possibly responding to incidents.
Anyone who has been in a BA role in Finance supporting PeopleSoft would be ideal
