Job Title                     UI Lead
Location                     Bothell, WA
Duration                     6+ months

Must Have Skills:

Should have prior lead experience.
Deep technical skills with at least 3-5 years* of hands on development in the following areas (prioritized order):

*Current responsibilities must include hands on development.

Strong Onsite Lead having expertise in managing delivery in Offshore/Onsite model.
7+ years of Web and UI based development
Good Analytical & trouble shooting skills in UI / Web application.
Ability to function as part of a team and work collaboratively, while simultaneously owning individual deliverables

Desired Skills:

Delivery of 'side projects' and freelance work is viewed as desirable
Prior experience in a lead/coordinator role, interacting with offshore teams
eCommerce and Telecom / wireless experience a plus
Ability to report up and down (organizational awareness)
Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
Ability to work in an ever changing, fast-paced environment
