Job Description:
The SOA onsite co-ordinator will work as a team member of the Integration Architecture team and work on the understanding of the existing architecture. The expectation is to involve in complete transition and then work towards building the offshore team. This role will focus on the delivery and support of new and existing OSB and BPEL services and it will also provide the opportunity to work with Oracle SOA Suite technologies.
Responsibilities
• Maintain, modify and enhance core SOA architecture
• Design and developer XML schemas used within the enterprise
• Refine and optimize existing SOA projects, with strong experience in OSB.
• Research and develope proof of concepts for new projects
• Help lead in the definition and maintenance of best practices in the development of SOA components
• Work independently in order to deliver customer service solutions for the application teams, from requirements and design through development, testing and production rollout
• Communicate clearly and effectively within the SOA group and with the respective application teams
• Provide innovative solutions and explore and learn new technologies
Qualifications
• BS in IT related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in SOA with hands on experience in
OSB
• Strong background in XML, XSD, XSL
• OSB and BPEL Experience, preferably Oracle SOA Suite 10g and/or SOA Suite 11g
• Knowledge of SOA principles
• Experience with industry-standard application servers, OAS or WLS preferred
• Strong problem solving skills and desire to innovate new solutions for the SOA team
• Great communication skills
• Motivated to learn new technologies and processes
• Ability to work with a team
