Job Description:
We are looking for profiles of candidates who can work as a Technical Dev Lead with Onshore-Offshore Co-ordination and have deep knowledge on the below skills. With minimum of 6+ years of experience:

| Dev Lead | · C#, ASP.NET, WPF, MVVM, MVC, SQL · Should be hands on · Previous experience as Onshore/Offshore coordinator · Solid Design, communication skills · Flexible to work with an offshore team and attend meetings, discussions in India Friendly Time. |
Actively tracking and working on any open VSTF/bugs assigned to him.
Daily status update to the client/peers.
Participation in daily bug Triages.
Participation in Requirements review.
Coming up with the Technical Design based on the requirements.
Sync up with the Offshore teams, other integration partner.
Primary Skills/Must Have:
Strong C#/WCF/WPF/HTML5.0
Exposure to SQL/T-SQL Server Skills.
Experience writing Web-Services.
Strong OOPS concepts.
Knowledge on designing middle tier services with Scalability, Reliability and robustness.
Willing to work on Onsite/Offshore model
Secondary Skills/Nice to Have:
Past MS experience
