Job Role:  Sr Tivoli Identity and Access Management (IAM)Developer

Locations: Little Rock, AR , Fort Lauderdale, FL ,Minneapolis, MN

Interview:  Telephonicinterview

Duration:  6+Months

 

Overview:

The Tivoli Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer isresponsible for developing and implementing solutions per architecture anddesign documents. The Tivoli IAM Developer may also assist in gatheringrequirements to translate them into the architecture.

The Tivoli IAMDeveloper will:

·        Interpret requirements to effectively design,develop and deploy solutions for administration process and user provisioning,identification and authentication, authorization, identity centralization,federation, single sign on, directory services, and other administrative needsaccording to the defined business needs of the customer

·        Work in various operating system environmentsand provide assistance with software configurations, troubleshooting and accesscontrols

·        Apply knowledge of security protocols,information processing and software maintenance in day to day activities;support Tivoli-based solutions to ensure they are up to date and operational

·        Collaborate with Solution Architects, EnterpriseArchitects and other relevant IT team members to plan architectures for themanagement and assurance of services

·        Research and analyze existing external systemsand provide recommendations for interfaces

·        Provide technical documentation regarding theTivoli-based solution, as needed

·        Follow technical direction and work to completetasks on time and on budget

·        Assist with testing, debugging and problemresolution to produce required solution

·        Maintain industry/technical knowledge base andfacilitate/maintain industry relationships

·        Demonstrate commitment to providingcustomer-focused quality service

·        Support assigned systems with on-callavailability and respond within agreed upon timeframes

·        Perform other relevant duties based uponexperience

 

Responsibilities:

·        Three (3) or more years of recent experiencewith user provisioning with Tivoli IAM web-based and/or desktop product suite(absolute must) for enterprise wide systems, single sign-on solutions forinternal and external users, identity federation, directory integration and/ordesign; understanding of identity vs. account concept

·        Hands on experience with Tivoli Access Manager,Tivoli Identity Manager and Federated Identity manager for SSO

·        Experience with multi-factor authenticationrequirements

·        Two (2) or more years of demonstrated experiencewith integrating IdM solution with AM solution to include any custom code tofacilitate integration

·        Two (2) or more years of recent experience withone or more directory-based services: Active Directory, Oracle InternetDirectory, Sun One LDAP, and/or IBM Directory Server

·        Detailed knowledge of Security and J2EEstandards such as Struts, EJB3, WSDL, JML, Web 2.0 and/or WSRP

·        Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies andtools and XML integration, including XML-Schema, XML-RPC, XML-SOAP, and/or WebServices/SOA Solutions

·        Two (2) or more years of recent experiencedeveloping applications using Java/J2EE, C++

·        Two (2) or more years of recent experience inWeb development using XML, XSL, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, and/or CSS

·        Two (2) or more years of recent experience inrelational database design DB2/Oracle, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL

·        Experience in assisting clients define anddocument requirements

·        Very good understanding of access management,identity management, single sign-on, portal, federation, and security concepts

·        Ability to work in a cross-functional teamenvironment              

·        Ability to work effectively with management

·        Excellent oral and written communication skillsand the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders;must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
