Urgent Requirements for BA psoition

Please find the requirements below.

we have 2 more positions for MDM business analysts. Please let me know ASAP if you have good candidates from Cisco or other high tech companies.

These are long term contract positions in Mountain View/Palo Alto area,

 

1.       Senior Business-side BA for Product Master

·         Must have solid experience with implementation of Product Masters

·         Must have experience and knowledge of PIM – Looking for Oracle PIM expertise

·         Must have strong consultative, persuasive, communication skills to uncover requirements, document business processes, BRD, UAT scenarios and cases and to coach / consult stakeholders

·         Must be able to perform independently to drive the work, while being collaborative with other team members

 

2.       Senior Business-side BA for Renewals RS2 – MDM and Governance

·         Must have solid experience with implementation of Master Data hubs and understand the use cases, consumption of master data in various business functions

·         Must have experience and knowledge of Data Governance (Information Governance) and be able to provide thought leadership around Governance Best Practices, educate stakeholders, and get their buy-in to documentation the BA will create for Governance Requirements and Policies

·         Must have strong consultative, persuasive, communication skills to uncover requirements, document business processes, BRD, UAT scenarios and cases and to coach / consult stakeholders

·         Must be able to perform independently to drive the work, while being collaborative with other team members.  Must be seen as an expert and leader in this area.
