IT Business Analyst - RedPrairie
Must have RedPrairie warehousing production support experience from the IT side
Duties
Responsible for Level 2 support of IT US Supply Chain RedPrairie applications.
These duties include:
- resolving production issues during normal work hours
- testing code modifications to functionality
- fully documenting all production support activities
- maintenance of RedPrairie applications
- promote tested issues / code modifications thru the lower environments and into the production environment
2.IT Business Analyst activities associated with the IT US Supply Chain projects.
Skills
1.Oracle SQL - required
2.IT based warehousing / supply chain experience - required
3.RedPrairie DLx
4.data analysis - required
5.code tracing / debugging - required
6.test script creation / execution - preferred
7.problem solving - required
Education
•Bachelors degree preferred
