Business Analyst (2 Openings)
Hoffman estates, IL
LONG TERM CONTRACT 2-5 years
Need Local - Face to face final interview

 

Must haves:
6-8 years exp as a BA
Strong retail exp
Ecomm exp
Great comm skills and doc skills
That's it!! He said it's the most simplistic req he's ever had

 

Role:
This manager will personal tell them the project idea from whatever internal employee had the idea. They will then call that person and schedule an onsite meeting to discuss the scope of the project. Then this person will detail the scope of work and details and document it. Then they will hand this finished product to the manager.. If he deems it a good idea, then this person will sit in exec meetings with this mgr and elaborate on the project scope and design. Need someone with great communication and documentation skills, as well as presentation skills. This person will handle no more than 3 project outlines at a time!
