Skill and Role Summary:  Manager, Program Manager

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

Role 1: Manager, Program Management

             Should have experience working in a digital marketing environment and experience as a client-side PM is helpful.

             Experience in content management and ecommerce is a plus.

             Manage all program administrative details of a very complex program for a program that spans several client locations, and multiple streams of concurrent work

             Manage client feedback process once the program deploys (mid-May) and assist as the on-site UAT coordinator (late April) – this includes feedback from the continental US regarding technical and non-technical details

             Administer all documents in Share Point (client site), and or in a logical repository for members to share

             Meeting minutes for key meetings as well as follow up on action item completion

             Work with Senior Program Management on creation of key documents and presentations

Requirements:

In addition to the role described above, the role needs to align with the standard Manager, PM
