Position: Security & Mapping consultant

Location: Baton Rouge, LA 

Duration: 6 Months

Years of exp: 8-10 Years

Interview: Phone & Skype

 

Technical Skills Required:

§ 8-10 years experience in CA IAM product implementation with at least two years in CA Governance Minder ( CA Role and Compliance Manager )

§ Experience in requirements gathering for IAM projects and architecting E2E IAM solutions to meet customer requirements

§ Strong Design & Maintenance skills with CA GoveranceMinder & integration with IdentityMinder 12.

§ Role Mining, Role definition, Certifications, Data Enrichment, access recertification

§ Expertise in setting up certification campaigns, identifying orphan accounts and role engineering

§ Good knowledge of LDAP and directories and integration with CA Identityminder/ Siteminder.

§ Good knowledge of Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.

Professional Skills Required:

§ Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to understand and manage consulting project engagements

§ Should be able to work with internal/external teams to understand security requirements and deliver against project plans

§ Should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to program objectives and security processes, and take responsibility for achieving team deliverables, hitting target milestones

§ Should be able to make appropriate and timely technical/ people decisions.

§ Should be able to understand customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution.

§ Should be able to Investigate issues and conducts root cause analysis to solve a variety of problems in his/ her area of work.

§ Should be able to communicate clearly, fluently and in an assertive manner. Presents ideas effectively.
