Job Description

 

SKILLS

• IBM AIX Operating System experience
• Shell scripting experience, preferably Korn shell
• AIX Backup/Restore, and cron job scheduling
• Windows Server 2005/2008 experience
• VMWare administration experience (a plus)
• IBM Connect Direct and Sterling File Gateway file transfer environments (a plus)
• EMC Enterprise Storage Environments including multi-site replication (a plus)
• EMC/Cisco SAN fabric switching (a plus)
• Support of Oracle Enterprise on AIX (a plus)
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
