· Experience with integrating CRM with other PeopleSoft applications · Experience with Employee Self Service (Helpdesk) · Experience with GIS (ESRI) integration · Experience with CRM 9.1 is mandatory Preferred Skills · Experience with Helpdesk workflow · Business process analysis and customization review experience is a plus | |
