Need Java Tech Lead

Position: Java Tech Lead

Location: Denver, CO

Duration:3 to 6 months

Skills Required:

Total 7-8 years of experience in Design and Development using Java technologies
Strong in server-side development (web services, multi-threading, etc)
Experience working in Agile / Scrum, TDD/CI environment a must
Onsite / Offshore co-ordination

Preferred Skills:

Experience in any Java-based Rules Engine strongly preferred
Apache Camel, ActiveMQ will be an advantage
Domain knowledge is video distribution and delivery

Roles/Responsibilities:

Design and Development of a large component for Video On-Demand platform following Scrum methodology
Hands on development
Leading a small Scrum team distributed in onsite/offshore model
Onsite / Offshore co-ordination
