Need Health Care Business Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Rate: $40/hr c2c max

Skills:

- involved with the from the beginning to help figure out what the requirements needs to look like to hand off to the Systems Analysts
- Previous Health Care experience is needed
- Full lifecycle exposure is needed, but candidate doesn't have to be technical.
- Previous experience not only writing requirements but being involved at a 30,000 foot view of the beginning stages of a project are needed 
- at least 5+ years experience
