Position: Call Flow Business Analyst

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 19+ months

 

Project is focused on delivering and enhancing IVR, NLP and other telephony systems to customers, agents and contact centers.

 

Need experience in build and implementation of telephony routing/inbound/outbound processes, and in building relationships directly with a business product area in their needs for the call systems with the focus of knowledge on understanding and being able to articulate the business results needed.

Experience and expertise in how to design an IVR and what are good industry practices for solving routing and user experience issues within a call structure. 

 

Skills include Requirements gathering and analysis, PBX (Cisco/Avaya), IVR (NLP), CTI, Reporting (Exony/CentreVu). 

Drive use cases, dedicated point of contact for business stakeholders, facilitate meetings, identify and prioritize product features, work with business and system teams and vendor representatives, mitigate roadblocks, manage escalations, own deliverables.

MUST have strong communications skills.
