Qualifications for Senior ASP.NET Developer:
• Proven ability in one or more programming languages (C# preferred) and development tools
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC
• Proven ability in developing applications using relational databases using defensive coding techniques.
• SQL Server 2005-2012, database design, Transact-SQL programming
• Working knowledge on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services
• Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Development tools including Visual Studio .NET (2008 * 2012)
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle standards

Pluses:
• .Net Framework 4.5/Visual Studio 2012/SQL Server 2012
• Entity Framework, Object relational mapping (ORM)
• Java and JEE technologies like JSP and Struts
• Telerik RAD controls and/or DevExpress
• Online payment processing and PCI compliance knowledge

C# ASP.NET Required 5 Years  
ASP.NET MVC Required 1 Years  
SQL Server 2005-2012, database design and Transact-SQL Required 7 Years
SOA Architecture and web service Required 5 Years  
XML, HTML, CSS JavaScript Required 7 Years  
Visual Studio .NET (2005-2012) Required 7 Years
