Data Mapper
This position is responsible to identify the mapping between source data elements and target data elements in support of the requirements of data integration, reporting and analytic consumption projects.
· Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
· Technical expertise regarding data models and database design development. Understanding of XML and SQL
· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
· Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
· Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
· Ability to understand complex Business Processes and their relationships
· Interpret data and develop data integration mapping documents based on findings
· In collaboration with others, develop and maintain temporary databases for data analysis necessary for projects and department functions
· In collaboration with others, develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies for data profiling
· Healthcare background or experience preferred
SQL
· DB2
· Teradata
· Familiar with DataStage concepts
