Designation : BPEL Consultant  

 

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Duration: 6+  Months Contract

  

• ·         Works independently on moderately complex analysis.  Assists senior staff on more complex analysis. 
• ·         Works with business/operations SMEs to define and model end-to-end business processes.
• ·         Works with IT Analyst and Development SMEs to define and model the system level processes to implement and automate business processes.
• ·         Recognizes strategic implications of problems and issues. Generates alternative ideas/ solutions. 
• ·         Assists in developing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes.

Must have:

• ·         Performs complex analysis and is able to resolve issues.
• ·         Looks beyond symptoms to identify causes of problems and potential trends.     
• ·         Develops and assists in implementing initiatives on process/workflow improvements and program/policy changes.
• ·         Experience with BPEL Technology – Oracle 11g/10g,  BPEL, SOA,  Weblogic, OFM, Java , PL/SQL etc.
• ·         Experience with the Oracle Business Process Architect toolset.
• ·         Provides guidance to more junior staff.
