Job Title	Sharepoint Architect / Developer
Summary	This position will require maintenance, deriving Technical Specifications from Business Requirements, development of new functionality. On a number of projects in all stages of the development life cycle. In uncovering requirements, conceptualizing solutions, and developing a framework for implementation of systems on at least one other project or work assignment. Work with the Onsite Tech Lead to help resolve issues.
Skills Required	Developer must have 6-8 years of .Net/SQL/IT SharePoint and Web Technologies. Design using MOSS Technologies Write Technical Specifications Create Unit Test Plans/Unit Test Scripts Review peer code Manage issue resolution Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
