Required Skills:

5 years of Experience as a Sr. .Net Web Developer utilizing the ASP.NET MVC
  Framework at least 4 years    

5 years of .Net Experience utilizing C#.

5 years of SQL Server Database Design and development including optimization
  of queries, creating tables , views, stored procedures

1 year of Verifiable data conversion experience to SQL Server

2 years of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience developing and
  securing WCF.

1 year of Experience utilizing Visual Studio 2010.

6 months of SQL Server 2008 services (SSRS) & SQL server Integration Services
  (SSIS) experience

1 year of Experience or understanding of N-Tier environment as it relates to
  developement and deployment   

1 year of Experience with code repository strategies , code promotion strategies
  and recovery using TFS

2 years of Experience implementing and configuring" Microsoft Enterprise
  Library" for auditing , logging and data access   

Highly desired 2 years of Agile methodology experience.
Highly desired 2 years of Mentoring and training of jr. team members in MVC space    
Highly desired 5 years of Large server "farm" experience
Highly desired Excellent interpersonal skills .
