Job Title: Tibco Lead

Location: Calgary, Canada

Duration: 6 Months

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·         Design, develop, and implement moderately complex integration for end-to-end solutions at a middleware level using TIBCO components and bus architecture.

• Optimize the performance characteristics of a TIBCO integration environment by planning, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting various applications publishing and/or subscribing within enterprise service bus architectures.
• Assist in distributed systems monitoring, administration, configuration and maintenance for production, test and disaster recovery environments.
• 8+years of in-depth experience in software development, B2B/A2A integration, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with EAI/BPM tools and processes for TIBCO products such as EMS, BPM, Business Works, Business Events, CLE, Smartmapper, AD Adapter.
• Experience in detail design and development with TIBCO suite of products.
• Experience in performance tuning in TIBCO, transactional tracking, troubleshooting and enhancing the existing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in dynamic environment with a broad range of end-user configurations; ability to participate in team environment and build strong working relationships.
• Strong communications skills (oral and written); communicate effectively with support peers, end users, and all levels of corporate management; manage vendor communication; ability to create and host presentations; ability to visualize ideas into diagrams and presentations.
