Minimum Requirements:
In need of a mid-senior level .Net developer (C#) with PL/SQL Skills. This is a strong programming position with the opportunity to grow into a lead role based on performance. Consideration will also be given to strong developers who have substantial programming and technical experience in technologies other than .Net, PL/SQL and Oracle, but who have specific industry knowledge pertinent to healthcare and HEDIS.
Software development, including system analysis, design, development and quality assurance
Implementation of applications using ASP.NET 2.0 with C#
Use of multi-tier solutions, especially for Web and data center environments
Applicant must meet MOST of these requirements.
Description:
Experience with OOAD, design patterns
Ability to handle complex application features and technical designs
Knowledge of all technical phases of applications and systems analysis
Experience with Windows and Web services
Understanding of the differences between .NET Frameworks 1.1, 2.0 and 3.5; knowledge and working experience in .NET Framework 3.5 a plus
Expertise with ASP.NET Page life cycles, user controls, custom controls and ASP.Net Ajax
Skilled in JavaScript and object-oriented JavaScript
A RDBMS (Oracle) experience with PL/SQL, stored procedures, database design,
performance turning
XML, XHTML, CSS and XSLT experience
Minimum 3 years of project experience in Microsoft .NET Framework environment
Bachelors or master's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
Experience with a team development environment
Written and verbal communication proficiency
Solid interpersonal skills; project planning and leadership skills
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, debugging and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt readily to direction change
SSRS knowledge, HEDIS and/or Healthcare industry experience a plus
Microsoft .NET certifications (MCP, MCSD, or MCAD) preferred
SQL Server Reporting services knowledge is plus
