Lead Siebel Application Development DBA Consultant

Job Description:

 

         This position is for a Siebel Application Architect/Developer with solid Oracle Database performance tuning and data modeling experience with excellent understanding of implementing Oracle based applications in a highly available environment. 

         Ideal candidate will have extensive database experience along with Siebel Application Experience and be able to:

o   Advise Siebel Application Development team on Oracle Database best practices for performance tuning.

o   Advise the Siebel Application Development team on database solutions to business problems, data architecture, database management system facilitie/capabilities and Performance Tuning .

 

Education/Experience:

 

         Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience

         Minimum 5+ years of Oracle database experience working with performance tuning, data modeling, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures.

         Minimum 5+ years of Siebel Application experience working with Siebel data model, Siebel development and architecture, capturing and analyzing sql produced by Siebel application, performance tuning Siebel application by utilizing Oracle database performance tuning tools.
