Job Title:Business System Analyst
Locatioin:Jacksonville, FL
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Max Rate :- $40-42/hr on C2C

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
4-6 years of strong systems analysis and design experience in an application development analytical role, healthcare insurance projects would be a plus
Working experience with planning, leading, documenting and facilitating JAR sessions, eliciting and analyzing system requirements and capturing in System Use Cases or System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and developing Functional Design Specifications
Working experience with Software Development Lifecycles including the Agile, Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Waterfall methodologies
Highly skilled in verbal and written communication speaking to non-technical resources about technical issues and concepts
Superior analytical and problem solving/root cause analysis skills
Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., Java), database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL) and legacy technologies (e.g., COBOL, JCL)
Demonstrated solid knowledge and experience with:

3 or more years' of directly related work experience
3 or more years' experience writing SQL
2 or more years' experience supporting and understanding technical systems

Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree related to Information Technology
Experience using Service Center and Service Manager
Knowledge of AGILE SDLC
Knowledge of claims processing systems, process automation, screen scraping
Knowledge of databases, schema, and advanced API use in programming
Experience with Rational Tool Set (RequisitePro, ClearCase, RSA), Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Internet Explorer.
