Interview: Phone then F2F Due to the technical nature of our product and the quick-pace environment in which we operate, the ideal prospective Senior BA candidate should have the following skill sets and abilities: Extensive experience with Software Development projects Basic rudimentary understanding of SOA/Web Services Exposure/knowledge of Agile/Scrum Strong requirements elicitation & validation skills Exposure to UML modeling techniques Airline industry knowledge is a huge plus Self-motivated and a fast learner Must be able to think both strategically and tactically Excellent communication (both written and oral) skills Possess the ability to work well in a Team environment Possess a strong Customer orientation and attitude.
