1. Position: Lead Performance Engineer

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 6 Months

 

Skills & Job Requirements:

 

·         Candidate with 8-10 years of experience in performance engineering, performance testing and application performance management

·         Candidate must have experienced in performance test consultancy, test planning and management, test design, requirement management & analysis, requirement capture, impact analysis

·         Experienced in Performance Assessments, performance monitoring

·         Prepare and present overall test strategy including performance testing and non functional testing.

·         Prepare performance test environment specification to have production representative environment.

·         Performance Test result analysis and work with designer to identify tunings.

·         Prepared platform baseline capacity and live performance analysis.

·         Hands on experience in Capacity planning, Performance Modeling with any tool like Hyperformix capacity manager, Team Quest, OPNET Modeler etc

·         Minimum 2-3 years hands of experience in Performance testing with any of tool like HP Load Runner, IBM RTP, JMeter etc

·         Hands on experience in Application Performance Management tool like CA Wily Introscope, dyna Trace, HP Diagnostics

·         Masters or bachelor degree in Engineering/Computers

·         Excellent communications skills and client management

 

2. Position: Automation Test Engineer with Healthcare domain

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Duration: 6 Months

Experience: 4+ years

 

Skills & Job Requirements:

 

·         2-3 Web Testing projects experience in Healthcare domain as functional test consultant

·         Understanding of best-of-breed and open source Test Tools

·         A good exposure on Software Test Lifecycle concepts

·         Exposure to Agile & Iterative methodologies desired

·        

Domain Exposure expectations:

 

·         Understanding of Member Enrollment process

·         Understanding of Member Billing and Payment Process

·         Knowledge of interface with CMS

·         Knowledge of Medicare Part A, B and D

·         Understanding of Health Products/Benefits and Rating Criteria and how they interface with Enrollment

·         Understanding of interfaces between PBM and Health Payer

 

 

3. Position: Automation Test Engineer with QTP & Selenium

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Duration: 6 Months

Experience: 4+ years

 

Skills & Job Requirements:

 

·         2-3 Web Testing projects experience as Test Automation Engineer

·         Project experience in QTP & Selenium or other Java based Open Source tools preferred

·         Should have worked on both Descriptive Programming and Script less automation projects

·         Understanding of best-of-breed and open source Automation Tools

·         A good exposure on Software Test Lifecycle concepts

·         Healthcare Project experience in Pay or space as automation engineer will be advantageous
