Whoever said a lawyer should not defend himself/herself and do not litigate in the press knew what they were talking about.

I can see counsel prejudicing their cases because of either trying to get public sympathy or trying to defend themselves in public or even trying to stand it out publicly. It is not a wise decision. Like I have always said, if Govt want to find a reason to pin one down, a reason shall always be found. So please do not provide further reasons. Inu ali anzanu, athandizeni ndithu.
