Oracle Identity & Access Manager (IAM) Support & Enhancement

6+ Months

 

Technical/Functional Skills        

•        3 years work experience in identity management specifically working with Oracle Identity Manager or Oracle Access Manager.

•        Experience in troubleshooting production Oracle OIM ,OAM,  OIA , OVD and OID environments

•        Experience in Designing, Developing, Testing, and Integration and Deploying of Web applications with Web Logic Application Servers

•        Experience with Web Logic Application server Installation, Configuration, Deployment (JSP, Servlets, and EJB).

•        Experience with developing OIM custom adapters and connectors.

•        Experience with setting up Oracle SOA based Workflows, Roles, Provisioning Policies, Lifecycle Rules, ACIs, Organization Structures

•        Future aspirations to lead Identity Management teams.

•         Nice-to-have Certifications CISSP or equivalent security certification.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

·         Technical Lead to provide production support and enhancement

 

Generic Managerial Skills :

·         Strong communication skills

·         Able to interact with Business

·         Interact with offshore

·         Proper prioritization
