Location: Hartford, CT

Duration: 6+ Months

Billing Rate: $DOE/Hour

 

Required Qualifications/ Key Skills:

1.       Genesys 7.x & 8.x experience (GVP/CIM)

2.       Genesys Reporting experience in (Infomart or CC pulse)

3.       Infrastructure Implementation of Changes, Releases and Upgrades

 

Good to have:

1.       Nuance Framework

2.       Verint v11

3.       Cyara
