Role: Project Manager

Location: Whippany, NJ
Duration: 12+ month

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior business sponsors, to drive the successful delivery/benefit of critical business expansion, change and/or regulatory Programmes
• Clearly articulate the strategy/vision, and translate that into a holistic delivery plan, driving the execution of that plan to completion
• Work with organisation and key senior stakeholders to scope and staff projects, establish governance, and define target solutions
• Create communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders
• Actively manage day to day activities and ensure delivery accountability is in place across the initiative
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and reporting requirements
• Actively assess and manage risk; remove / reduce barriers towards realizing goals, ensuring mitigating actions are in place & managed
• Manage Senior Stakeholder engagement and expectations (typically MD/Director level business heads)
• Status reporting, providing visibility on status against milestones, and transparency of risks and issues
• Chair/lead key project meetings, including executive committees, steering committees and working groups
• Conflict resolution in a high-pressure environment
• Direct and matrix management of internal and third party resources
