Position: Java Programmer with Jenkins

Location - Rochester MN

Description:

The Analyst/Programmer contributes to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of custom system software, and/or the installation and maintenance of purchased systems software, as well as the configuration and support of hardware systems across sites. Regularly reviews applications and makes modifications and/or updates to ensure currency and functionality within established environment. Maintains and supports multiple systems or complex software applications and their associated hardware at multiple sites. The Analyst/Programmer produces and maintains documentation such as system requirements, designs, resource inventories, and plans. Provides technical and project leadership to other staff members, demonstrates initiative, and works independently as needed to accomplish responsibilities. Applies effective system design principles and software development methodologies. Possesses a high level of project and deliverable consistency through demonstrated repeatable and reliable performance. Must have ability to take initiative and proactive on starting tasks and assignments and have had exposure to managing both custom developed and vendor-supplied applications.

 

Prefer bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience. Good communication skills are required.

Job Title: Test Architect

Duration: Longterm

Location (s): Mason, OH / Richmond, VA / Indianapolis, IN / Thousand Oaks, CA (Location can be position as per candidates availability, although candidates ready to relocate anywhere would be preferred)

•This role serves as a RQM project's administrator, test resource planning, test management and quality & test advocacy 

•Define the project test strategy and implementation of the same 

•Implement and Adoption of Rational tools in the testing program (ReqPro – Capturing / Maintaining requirements, RQM – Test Management and CQ - Defect management) 

•Ensure all Test Levels and Cycles are assessed, planned and executed in accordance to the SDLC Test Standards 

•Coordinate the efforts of multiple Test Leads 

•Negotiate the ongoing purpose and deliverables of the test effort 

•Work with the leads from other SDLC areas to assure sign offs' and coordination of test execution activities 

•Manage, and escalate Testing risks and issues as applicable, acting as an escalation point for Testing risks and issues 

•Ensure the appropriate planning and management of the test resources 

•Assess the progress and effectiveness of the test effort 

•Ensure Testing resources receive adequate walkthroughs / reviews of requirements and design 

•Coordinating and providing guidance on testing activities across multiple platforms / systems / releases when necessary for testing effort 

•Advocating the appropriate level of quality by getting the resolution of critical defects 

•Publish / Report the consolidated Test status to the program.
