Strategic Client and Performance Reporting (SPR) is a multi-year enterprise program that delivers a strategic platform which offers rich portfolio and performance content for both FAs and Clients. The individual will be primarily responsible for business analysis functions which include the following activities:
- As a Performance Reporting , responsible for ensuring proper requirements are collected and implemented, including, but not limited to performance return calculations
- Fully responsible for liaising between business, development and PMO teams, e.g. facilitate decisions on implementation options, negotiate requirement and scheduling priorities, requirement clarifications and issue resolutions throughout release implementations.
- Release planning and all BA functions related to status/issue/risk tracking and reporting
- Identify and establish development effort and dependencies with various teams both within and outside the SPR team as appropriate.
- Facilitate solution discussions with development teams including system and data flows to validate the feasibility of implementations.
- Conduct reviews of QA test plans to ensure complete coverage on requirements
- Participate in production deployment checkout activity
- Deliver Solution Requirement Specifications by partnering with the business to provide requirement and process details with use cases as appropriate
