Cisco Voice Deployment Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Need only U.S. Citizens or GC Holders
Must have:
10+ years of experience in Cisco Unified Communication.
Minimum 5+Year Cisco Unified Communication Deployment Experience.
Cisco CCNA Required; CCVP or CCNP Voice preferred.
Must have experience on Upgrade/Refresh of CUCM 8.5 and above versions.
Experience in designing, deploying, upgrading and supporting Cisco Unified Communication solutions which include Cisco Voice best practices, disaster recovery, dial plan development and reporting.
Design and Deploy the Disaster Recovery Solution for Cisco Voice infrastructure to build Geographic redundancy.
Excellent/Advanced understanding of Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communication portfolio.
Must have experience with Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX)– developing and maintaining applications, experience with UCCX scripting.
Voice Gateways Design and install Experience: Cisco CUBES, ISR and SRST.
Experience on Cisco Routers, LAN/WAN circuits; PRI, SIP, MPLS, FXO, FXS.
Knowledge of the following protocols: SIP, MGCP, H.323, SCCP

Demonstrates the ability to take significant responsibility and shows skill in the management of change and can handle contacts of all types and at all levels

Comprehensive approach to documentation and procedural development
