.Net Lead/Sr Developer

 

Description - C#, .Net Sr Developer.

Duration: 6+ months.
Location: Chicago, IL.

MOI: Telephonic & F2F or Skype.

Experience: 9 years.

Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software for enhancements and/or new products. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Five (5) years' experience and advanced knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS) environment and tools including:

.NET framework.
ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.
ADO.NET.
Web services, and .NET services (windows services).
Visual Studio.
JavaScript, VB, VB Script, XML/XSL; Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Experience writing SQL queries.
Experience with SQL Server and at least one additional database technology: DB2 (v8.0 or greater), DB2 query, and DB2 Connect, Oracle.
Experience working with messaging including one or more of the following concepts: message queues, SOA, web services, and .NET services (windows services).
Ability to translate functional designs into technical designs, and conversely to translate complex information into common terms.
Must be a strong technical leader who can prioritize well and has the ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, with a constant focus on delivery.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Well organized and is an exceptional communicator with his/her team, peers and leadership.
Accountable for partnering with key roles (enterprise architects, infrastructure, etc.) to create solutions that are aligned to architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services.

 

Experience in Telematics is a huge plus.
