Job Description

 

•                     Must be experienced with Siebel configuration, Assignment Manager, EIM, Workflows, Business Services, eScript.

•                     Strong knowledge of the Siebel Data Model, Databases, MSSQL Server is desired.

•                     Must have experience with at least one of the vertical application e.g. eService, eChannel, eSales.

•                     Thorough understanding of Siebel Schema and performance tuning.

•                     Familiarity with code generation

 

Must Haves

•                     5-6 years' experience minimum of Siebel Development

•                     Must be experienced with Siebel configuration, Assignment Manager, EIM, Workflows, Business Services, eScript.

•                     Must have experience with Siebel Open UI.

•                     Integration experience using EAI, VBC, web services, MSMQ.

•                     Strong knowledge of the Siebel Data Model, Databases, MSSQL Server is desired.

•                     Must have good knowledge and experience with Siebel Call Center.

•                     Must have experience with at least one of the vertical application e.g. eService, eChannel, eSales.

•                     Integration experience with Siebel Out of the Box adapters, web services, VBC, EBC and JMS queues desired.

•                     Must have hands on experience with Siebel-CRM Server Administration, IIS, Java-scripting, HTML, CSS.

•                     Thorough understanding of Siebel Schema and performance tuning.
