Role: Business Systems Analysis positions with Healthcare Payer or provider domain (5 Positions) 

Location: Bloomfield, CT

Duration: 6 months+

JD:

•         Business Analyst in Healthcare Payer or provider domain a must 

•         LifePro experience a big PLUS

•         Reverse engineer the systems specification

•         Define the business process

•         Decompose the business components to facilitate a logical understanding of business design that can be leverage to provide finer levels of detailed analysis on how it operates.

•         Identify a list of candidate services /function and write the specifications for a service /process

•         Produce deliverables - Functional requirements, Specifications, Process flow Diagrams, Exception Handling,   Business Scenario's that defines all possible business outcomes for the functions and provides the QA team a basis for their more detailed test scripts; 

Must Haves

•         Proficient in analyzing Business Requirements, Software Requirements specification, Functional Design Documents.

•         Must have good Communication

•         Strong knowledge on SQL and hands on experience working on Data Mapping, Data Analysis etc

•         Demonstrated success in leading, motivating and mentoring cross-functional teams in multi-cultural and multi-facility environments in order to maximize levels of productivity

•         Experience usign any project Management and Requirements management tools

•         Experience working on the Wireframing and prototyping tools (ex: Visio, Axure, Omnigraffle etc)

Location:      Kansas City, MO
Duration:     12 Months Contract
MOI:              Telephonic + Skype

Skills Required:

Strong background in core Mainframe technologies - COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, REXX
- Experience in analyzing mainframe batch JOBs, and underlying programs to identify optimization areas
- Be able to define the performance optimization mechanism and detailed steps
- Be able to guide the team on "what should be done"
- Interpret the output-data/reports produced by team and create detailed performance optimization (MIPS reduction) plan
- SPOC for Mainframes Performance Engineering - Manage the  stakeholders, provide status reports, manage and forecast the team capacity etc.
- Should have experience in leading and managing team, and client communication
