JD:
.             Over all min 8+ Year Exp in IT industry
.             Minimum 5 years of PRPC overall SDLC work experience,
preferable in User Interface, Work Flow and Business Rules Implementation.

 

.             PEGA CSSA Certification is mandatory

.             Experience on PRPC Healthcare Frameworks like Care Management and PCS

.             Strong Knowledge in Designing the PEGA 7 Application.

.             Expertise in PRPC Integration with external systems in an enterprise environment.

.             Strong in Reports and Correspondence Generation.

.             Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.

.             Good experience on Design Review, Code Review and PRPC Best Practices.

.             Strong RDBMS experience.

.             Good domain knowledge on Health care (Provider and payer).

.             Strong analytical and communication skills

.             This role requires flexibility to relocate within the United States

Managing Projects with EDI interfaces

Managing Projects Crystal Reports needs

FULL Description Below

Skills:

Prior experience with ERP implementations, ideally in distribution, pharma or retail industry

Experience in technical and functional aspects of EDI interfaces. Demonstrate capability to coordinate technical and functional teams/requirements and drive key users to determine procedures for error management.

Experience in development of Reports and forms or their customization (Crystal Report)

Strong project management experience, facilitating project progress and coordination between local key users and project management committee based in Europe.

Experience of Sage X3 would be beneficial

 

Qualifications:

Strong people management skills

Proactive and entrepreneurial, showing capacity to incorporate new ideas and ways of working and facilitate implementation locally

Autonomous and reliable, distant management

Attention to detail, meticulous and thorough in accomplishment of all objectives.
