Must Haves:

FLDOE is seeking a Web Applications Programmer with a strong background in .net development with the following minimum qualifications (must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks):

Required:

·        Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree 

·       7+ years' experience developing web applications

·       7+ years' experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing

·       7+ years' experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards

·       7+ years' experience developing in the .Net programming language 

·       7+ years' experience in C# programming language

·       7+ years' experience in VB.NET

·       7+ years' experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing

·       7+ years' experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint 

·       Ability to work with other project managers and under the leadership of a Project Manager

·       Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects with the following characteristics:

o   Very large and high-profile

o   Multiple technologies and functions

o   Staff resources across multiple initiatives/projects

o   Multi-million dollar budget

o   Close coordination / interaction with other project managers

o   Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations

Nice to Haves:

·       4+ years' experience in Oracle PL/SQL

·       2+ years' experience in HTML5 

·       Experience developing interactive educational software

·       Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint 

·       Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools)

·       Experience working with software and hardware vendors

·       Experience working in state government

·       Experience working with Data Centers 

·       Governance

·       Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools)

·       Project Portfolio Management

·       Ability to work with other developers under the leadership of a Project Manager
